Write a basic email with AI

As mentioned in the previous article Why use Write Mail AI", we would like to remind you that Write Mail AI can be used for free, it is optimized to work on both desktop and mobile, and no registration is required to use it.

Once you are on the homepage of the site, select the "Write" option, if it is not already active by default.

At this point, choose which language you want your email to be generated in (usually the default selected language is that of your browser).

Now you can decide whether to generate your email with a tone from those available in the dropdown menu 'Tones' or to leave the generic tone, preselected by default.

The next step is to choose the size of the email you want to receive. You can either avoid selecting a size or choose from "Small", "Medium", and "Big" (the "Big" size is only available for registered users). For the purpose of this example, we will not select a predefined length.

The last step consists of writing the information that the email must contain in the appropriate text box. The more information is provided (sender's name, recipient's name, what you want to communicate...) the more accurate the email will be. Once the information is entered, simply click the "Create" button and an email will be generated.

To achieve an optimal result in email generation, always check the outcome; if it's not satisfactory, try generating a new email using the “Repeat request” button or modify the one that seems most suitable. If you want to clear all fields, use the “Reset” button.

Write Mail AI is free to use and registration is not required to use it. However, by registering you have the following advantages: the timeout time between one request and another is shorter, the number of characters that can be provided as input is greater. Furthermore, by registering you can create longer emails. New options will be developed later.
